The Saxons: German Efficiency

Thoroughness and accuracy as well as flexibility and cuteness are typically Saxon. Nearly 90% of people in paid work posess a successfully completed education - the peak value in Germany. Saxons are more commited than their neighbours, for example they work additionally about 62 hours per annum. They are also success-oriented and pragmatical by the negotiation of company-related wage rates and transitions to flexible working hours. The bargaining coverage is less than 10%, organization by trade unions is at 15 to 20% and the contingent of works coucils equates 30%.
